Charles Sumner Annual Gift Basket Fundraiser We are proud to be recognized as a “Wellness School” and are excited to offer our Annual Gift Basket Raffle to generate funds to support school activities. Because we are a “Wellness School,” we do not promote bake sales and candy raffles. With budget cuts and limited resources, it has become more and more difficult to provide our students with additional opportunities to broaden their educational experiences. We have a lot of exciting upcoming events and activities that are planned, such as grade level field trips, field day, moving on ceremonies, etc. Also, we will need extra funds to begin our new school year. This week we will be sending home more information about this fundraiser as well as the book of chances. We are asking each student to sell at least one book of five chances. A book of five chances is $20. Each individual chance is $5. Top sellers will receive prizes. School spirit is so important, Please support your child’s school! All tickets and money must be returned by June 12th. The drawing will be held on June 14th. What tickets you are unable to sell, please return them to the school.
