School Site Council
The Sumner School Site Council is a governing or advisory body that is comprised of equal members of parents and staff. The School Site Council includes representation from school administration, staff, parents, and the community. The Site Council meets once a month to review
and
approve
school
policy,
including
but
not
limited
to: Parent Engagement Plan, school budget, and Whole School Improvement Plan (WSIP).
The School Site Council meetings once a month. Meetings are typically the second Thursday of the month from 5:15-7 pm. See online school calendar for specific dates and times.
